But I don’t stop want to stop there and be content in looking pretty. The past five years I have tried and tested ways to add more value to my clients in selling their properties: Direct mail, print advertising, neighborhood advertising (postcards), cultivating buyers from outside states, building strategic relationships with investors and online marketing… my personal favorite and my secret weapon.
